Tomislav Pajović (Serbian Cyrillic: Toмиcлaв Пajoвић; born March 15, 1986 in Titovo Užice) is a Serbian football defender currently playing with Serbian SuperLiga club FK Rad.
He had been on contract with Serbian giants FK Partizan for many years but never got to play an official match for them, having spent most time on loan at the club's satellite club FK Teleoptik, and afterwards FK Dinamo Vranje and FK Bežanija. After playing one season with FK Čukarički Stankom, he moved to another Belgrade club, FK Rad.
He was part of the FR Yugoslavia U-17 team at the 2002 UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship.
